The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the San Ignacio del Huinay Foundation is comprised of seven members, five of which are appointed by Endesa Chile and two are designated by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. In turn, the Board appoints the General Manager who is responsible for the management of the Foundation.
